The VegasHero VIP Club and coins
How the VegasHero VIP Club works: five levels, coins from play and challenges, a prize shop, cashback and a personal manager at the top.
Every VegasHero player builds up coins through regular play, challenges and tournaments. Those coins buy prizes in the shop and push you up the five levels of our VIP programme: levels 1 and 2 give you the site promotions and live chat around the clock, level 3 adds personal offers, higher withdrawal limits and cashback, and levels 4 and 5 come with your own VIP manager.

Tier structure, coin thresholds, expiry dates and the shop range are explained in the shop, gamification and wheel annexes of our terms, and inside the Club area of your profile.
Making the VIP Club work for you
Treat the Club as a layer on top of the play you were going to do anyway: fix your budget first, and let coins build up from ordinary sessions, challenges and contests.
Planning ahead? Look up the tier table and the shop range in your profile before paying in.
How the Club fits with bonuses
Coins and Club tiers sit alongside the welcome offer and the weekly deals, and the daily cashback rate depends on your level: 3% at level 2 rising to 15% at level 5. Bonus money and real-money stakes still follow the terms of each individual promotion.
